About Us
At the core of the Urban Sky Lab project lies a strategic collaboration between FABRICations and Kennedy Approach.
FABRICations is a spatial design studio focused on innovative design solutions that contribute to addressing urgent challenges in urban systems.
Kennedy Approach is an agency dedicated to supporting government, businesses and academia in tackling issues related to drones and other forms of new aviation.
Urban Sky Lab is supported by a consortium of local, regional and national government bodies and a stimulating fund. All dedicated to create a sustainable built environment with innovative solutions.
These partners are Province of Noord-Holland, Province of Zuid-Holland, Province of Flevoland, Ministry of Infrastructure & Water State and Stimuleringsfonds Creatieve Industrie.
Urban Sky Lab is a continuation of an initiative organised by the architecture centre of Amsterdam (ARCAM) and Amsterdam Drone Lab.
